News from the Environment
Badagamuwa Forest Reserve which sits alongside Kurunegala Dambulla main road, has been declared as a "tourist zone" by the Forest Conservstion Department since 16th , September,2008. The 300 years old Badagamuwa Nature Reserve covers an area of 500 acres.
